Health is great this year except that your sleep cycle is going to be problematic this year after April especially.
The problem is lack of rest you are giving yourself – say for example – you set out a routine that involves you waking up at 5 AM every day. Now, the problem is that you like to stick to your routines but if you are going to sleep at 1 AM scrolling phone and insta reels, and then resting only for 4 hours then waking up to tell your mind I am in a sense of achievement – then that is actually a sabotage and not a good result.
You need to learn to sleep at 10 PM if you want to follow a routine of waking up at 5 AM – so stick to healthier routines and be realistic else you will ruin a perfectly good healthy year for yourself.
Resting is as important as working and this is to enhance your productivity. If you feel very restless then do some physical activity, exhaust yourself but rest – rest!
Take small incremental changes in your lifestyle similar to what I told for Scorpio as well as both of these signs are going for extremist like obsession changes in lifestyle which is not good!
For students, this time you will be performing better and honestly this is a great year for memorizing and rote learners – not exactly the same for creative pursuits but rather evaluating others’ problems and then working on them as well will make you achieve more!
For example, you might not be creative enough to pin point a new solution or learning approach to a problem in a competitive exam but you will study 10 previous papers and know the pattern then solve those questions with practice and deliver so that is the likelihood to happen routined by Saturn here!
