Ever wondered what happens if a person gets stuck during a difficult situation such as war or protests undergoing?

The current times where communication ensures constant connectivity with your near and dear ones has evolved the way we perceive return of our loved ones from a different place.

The ancient science of Vedic Astrology was frequently used by the kings and renowned scholars of the earlier Yugas to determine the safe return of a person who has travelled away from their own homeland.

This branch of Astrology is called Prashna Shastra. This was more relevant when there was no communication and people used to travel abroad for work or even for fighting wars and their family back home used to be constantly anxious about their whereabouts and well-being.

With the advent of technology, we do not see such situations arising frequently but we do observe that in unpredictable situations, even today it becomes very relevant.

For instance, the recent war in the Middle East involved travellers getting stranded at major airports such as Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Kuwait and Qatar as well.

The family of such folks back at home become anxious immediately and seek out answers regarding the return of their loved ones amidst such uncertainty.

Prashna Astrology caters exactly to such situations, and let’s decode how one can find out the successful return of their loved ones back to home.

Some people find their loved ones being trapped in war zones or people who are fighting the war that is our brave and courageous army folks also come under purview of such queries.

So, what it takes to find and analyze the return of such people?

Note: Casting of prashna planetary positions is always done to the location and time of the astrologer that is the person reading the transits.

For example, if a querist approaches an astrologer to query regarding a person who went missing in a different country, the planetary position to evaluate the query will still be taken with respect to the location of the astrologer. So, if the person who went missing was in USA and the astrologer who received this query is sitting in India then we take the time and coordinates of India where the astrologer is located.

Now, without any further ado, let’s decode the planets and positions that indicates Safe Return or Travel of the person who is away from their homeland.

In Prashna Kundli, the houses in the kundli represent the following:

  1. Lagna: Represents the person who went missing / travelling
  2. Moon: Represents the state of mind of the person who went missing / travelling
  3. 4H: Represents the happiness of the person who went missing / travelling whether they are in anxiety or are safe & happy
  4. 7H: Represents the path of return / return journey for the missing / travelling person
  5. 11H-4H: These are the houses that signify return of the person in a prashna chart through intent of journey

Some general rules that are applicable for all situations based on the above:

  1. Lagna Lord, 4th Lord, or the 7th lord should be evaluated carefully including their disposition planet and their nakshatra lords as well. Any of those related to malefics or sitting in malefic houses 6, 8 or 12 can change the results accordingly
  2. Benefics in the 7H indicates that the person is happy while malefics in the 7H can indicate trouble or anxiety of the person
  3. Malefics in the 3,6,11 houses are usually considered to be good for the return of the person and if benefics occupy the kendra bhaav (1,4,7,10) along with it then it definitely indicates successful return of the person

A quick revision regarding different nature of signs:

  1. Moveable Signs: Aries (1), Cancer (4), Libra (7), and Capricorn (10)
  2. Fixed Signs: Taurus (2), Leo (5), Scorpio (8), and Aquarius (11)
  3. Dual Signs: Gemini (3), Virgo (6), Sagittarius (9), and Pisces (12)

Some general rules that are applicable across all situations:

  1. A movable sign in the rising/lagna or navamasha, where lagna usually goes, usually indicates a situation likely to change. For example, if a person is in Dubai and scheduled to return to India then they will return as usual without any hindrance.
  2. A fixed signs in the rising / lagna shows that the status quo is not going to change. For example, a person trapped in Dubai will remain in Dubai for longer period of time and is not likely to return back to India.
  3. A dual sign in rising / lagna has both possibilities. Note the degrees of lagna, and if it is from 0-15 degree then the situation is likely to remain same as it is near the fixed sign. If the degrees are from 15-30 degrees then the situation is likely to change because it goes near the movable sign.

  1. Prishtodaya Signs: Aries (1), Taurus (2), Cancer (4), Sagittarius (9) and Capricorn (10)
  2. Shirshodaya Signs: Gemin (3), Leo (5), Virgo (6), Libra (7), Scorpio (8), Aquarius (11)
  3. Ubhayaodaya Signs: Pisces (12)

Some general rules applicable for all situations based on the above:

  1. Prishtodaya signs in the rising or navamasha lead to no return or disappointments, that is, no change in the situation
  2. Shirshodaya signs in the rising or navamsha lead to a change in the situation and can indicate positive signs of return
  3. Ubhayaudaya sign shows the possibility of both situations

Situation: No Journey / No Return for the person

  1. If Lagna / Moon / 7H is hemmed with planets then that indicates no return or no change in the current situation.
    • If benefics are the hemming planets then the person is persuaded by their friends or host at the visiting place to stop and not go back immediately
    • If malefics are the hemming planets then the person is stuck in a situation that is causing obstruction to their return journey leaving them anxious
  2. Sun, Venus, Jupiter or Mercury placed in 12H leads to no return as the person is happy in their current place itself
  3. Lagna Lord placed in the houses 11 to 4 that are the houses representing return journey will also indicate that there is no return going to happen soon
  4. Fixed sign in the rising / lagna that is aspected by malefic or malefic is posited in the 5H/6H/7H will also lead to no return
  5. A planet that has transited from 7H to 8H amidst the reading also signifies that situation is not going to change (very rare)

Situation: Safe Return of the person

  1. If the 2H representing wife & family, 3H representing siblings, and 4H representing mother is posited with benefics then the traveller is being missed by their respective loved ones and they will safely return back home
  2. Lagna Lord in 11H to 4H that are the houses indicating return of the person along with a benefic occupying the kendras strongly indicates safe return or passage of the person
  3. Benefics occupying Kendras (1H/4H/7H/10H) without any malefic aspect or influence will indicate successful return of the person even if Moon is afflicted or showing otherwise say Moon in 6H/8H/12H
  4. Moon in 7H and 7th lord in the second half of the sign wherever it is placed (15-30 degrees)
  5. Benefic planets posited in 2H/3H/8H/9H indicates safe return especially if these are movable signs
  6. Moon in 7H in a movable sign or Moon in Lagna in a movable sign or movable navamasha
  7. Moon in 4H in a movable sign or movable navamasha
  8. Sun, Venus, Mercury or Jupiter placed in 11H also indicates start of safe return journey
  9. Any planet in the 6H or 7H along with Jupiter placed in the Kendra bhaav also indicates safe return
  10. Venus and Mercury placed in the 1,5,9 houses (trikona sthanas)
  11. Lagna Lord posited in 12H forming an ithasala with the Moon lead to early return too
  12. Lagna Lord posited in 3H, 9H forming an ithasala with planet in lagna or Lagna Lord placed in 2H or 8H forming an ithasala yoga with the planet in 10H also indicates safe return
  13. Moon in Lagna with a retrograde planet or in ithsala yoga with a retrograde planet

Situation: Death of the traveller / missing person

  1. Pristhtodaya Lagna (1, 2, 4, 9, 10) aspected by a malefic and 6H or 8H also having presence of malefics leads to the missing person or traveller to be reported dead
  2. Pristhodaya Lagna (1, 2, 4, 9, 10) aspected by the influence of malefics and 6H being afflicted by Mercury. The Mercury needs to be studied as well in depth to see whether it is malefic for the lagna lord or not
  3. Saturn in 8H with or aspected by malefics
  4. If benefics are placed in the 6H / 8H / 12H aspected by malefics and further, the Moon and Sun are also under the influence of a malefic then the traveller is dead
  5. Malefic in Lagna or 8H without any benefic aspect or 8L going 6H, 8H or 12H from itself
  6. Lagna Lord or Moon getting debilitated or combust by Sun in the 4H, 8H or 6H along with a potential for ithsala yoga with a retrograde planet
  7. Moon in 4H unaspected by benefic having ithsala yoga with a retrograde planet or under heavy affliction from multiple malefics
  8. Moon in ithsala yoga with a retrograde planet, 8L also in ithsala yoga with a retrograde planet or 8L becoming retrograde itself, LL in ithsala yoga with the retrograde planet along with malefic influence on the Moon in Prashna chart
  9. If the Lagna Lord is same as the 8th house lord (for example, in case the Lagna is Aries or Libra) then we need to see the strength of 6L, 12L and the afflictions present on the 6H and 12H respectively. There should be heavy malefic influence on them and even on the Moon for reporting the traveller’s death.

Situation: State of Mind / Happiness of the Traveller / Missing Person

  1. Benefics in 4H or aspecting 4H indicates that the traveller is happy or in a state of bliss at the place where they are stuck voluntarily or involuntarily
  2. Moon posited with benefics or aspected by the benefic planet in the 5H, 6H, 7H, 8H, 9H or 10H indicates a safe and happy return at later point in time
  3. 8H is the house of obstructions and it hinders the journey. If Venus or Mercury is placed in the 8H or 11H then the traveller is happy at their current place itself. For smooth journey, 8H should remain vacant is usually preferred.
  4. Benefics in 4H in a fixed sign or in dual sign nearby a fixed sign that is within 0 to 15 degress also shows that there is no immediate sign of return and the person is happy wherever they are situated.

Situation: Delayed Return

  1. Prishtodaya sign (1, 2, 4, 9, 10) in the lagna or rising with malefic aspects or influence may indicate delay in return or indicates that they are confined or stuck at the same place.
  2. There are exceptional circumstances for the traveller that imposes restriction upon them due to malefics placed in the 4H, 5H, 7H, 8H or 9H.
  3. The missing person may be beaten if there are malefics in the 7H and 8H or if there is a malefic about to transit from 7H to 8H that also may indicate similar situation.
  4. If Lagna is aspected by Saturn or Moon is in Kendra and is aspected by Saturn then there will be definitely a delay in the return. If Mars also makes contact with this Moon along with Saturn then there can even be imprisonment to the native.
  5. Venus in the lagna or kendra if strong will also hold the native at the same place and cause delay in return. As soon as Venus transits out of that house then the person will move on for their return.
  6. If Sun and Moon are in the 8th house and is aspected by Saturn then there is a chance of subjecting violence on the person as well which will delay their return due to injuries.
  7. Jupiter in lagna and Venus in the 2H/3H
  8. Moon in Duradhara Yoga especially with malefics will cause obstruction to the return journey
  9. Lagna Lord posited in 3H or 9H and in an ithsala yoga with planet in Lagna
  10. Lagna Lord posited in 2H or 8H and in an ithasala yoga with planet in 10H

Timing the Return of the Missing / Travelling Person

  1. Jupiter, Venus, Mercury or Moon in the 4H indicates immediate return of the traveller
  2. When Jupiter or Saturn aspect the lagna then there is going to be delay in the return
  3. Count from Lagna to First Rashi where planet is occupying and if there are 2 planets then take the one with closer degrees to the Lagna. Multiply the distance from lagna by 12, and that will be the number of days in which the traveller will return back home. If this rashi is occupied by a retrograde planet then no need to multiply by 12 as well, simply count the number of days and they will be back by then.
  4. Count from Lagna Rashi to the first Rashi where a planet is posited and multiply that by 12 to get the number of months in which the traveller will return back home. This is applicable if you see a fixed sign in the lagna and there is malefic influence on the 7H of path for journey back to home.
  5. The traveller returns back when 7L begins to retrograde or if the 7L is already retrograde then whenever it is going to become direct. If 7L is in a movable sign then the person will return when the 7L turns retrograde, if in a fixed sign then multiply the period by 2 and if in a dual sign then multiply the period by 3. Further, note the Nakshatra Lord of Sun and Moon and observe if they are turning retrograde too.

Example Chart 1: February 11, 2025 11:00 AM Bengaluru

Note: The location of the astrologer here is Bengaluru and it will be taken for the Prashna reading, and not the location of the missing native.

This is the Prashna chart for a native who was reported to be missing post February 09, 2025 in USA while pursuing his Master’s degree from a renowned university. He was not found by his roommate and later his parents could not immediately go to USA to find him out.

Let’s apply each of our rules to the Prashna chart and determine the output:

  1. Pristhtodaya Lagna (1, 2, 4, 9, 10) aspected by a malefic and 6H or 8H also having presence of malefics leads to the missing person or traveller to be reported dead – The lagna in the rising is Aries which is a Prishtodaya sign and it is aspected by Saturn in 11H with 3rd aspect on the lagna, along with presence of malefic Ketu in the 6H while the 8L is same as the lagna lord which is Aries here. Therefore, Rule 1 is applicable – YES
  2. Pristhodaya Lagna (1, 2, 4, 9, 10) aspected by the influence of malefics and 6H/6L being afflicted by Mercury. The Mercury needs to be studied as well in depth to see whether it is malefic for the lagna lord or not – The Lagna is Prishtodaya (Aries) and 6L is Mercury which is also the 3L hence it is highly malefic for the lagnesh here. Therefore, Rule 2 is also applicable – YES
  3. Saturn in 8H with or aspected by malefics – Saturn is in the 11H in its own sign Aquarius. Therefore, Rule 3 is not applicable – NO
  4. If benefics are placed in the 6H / 8H / 12H aspected by malefics and further, the Moon and Sun are also under the influence of a malefic then the traveller is dead – Venus is placed in the 12H and it is in exchange with Jupiter who is placed in maraka sthana 2H and it is also conjunct with Rahu which is highly malefic. Further, Moon is aspected my Mercury which is malefic for Aries lagna and Sun is conjunct with Mercury and it is having 8th aspect of Mars that is 8L and retrograde as well. Therefore, Rule 4 is applicable – YES
  5. Malefic in Lagna or 8H without any benefic aspect or 8L going 6H, 8H or 12H from itself – 8L is Mars which is retrograde and it goes 8th from 8H to the 3H. Therefore, Rule 5 is applicable – YES
  6. Lagna Lord or Moon getting debilitated or combust by Sun in the 4H, 8H or 6H along with a potential for ithsala yoga with a retrograde planet – Lagna Lord is Mars and it is in Gemini so not debilitated but it is of 23 degrees that means it will move to Cancer which is its debilitation sign, meanwhile it aspects Sun through its 8th aspect, however this rule is not applicable for the same conditions. Therefore, Rule 6 is not applicable – NO
  7. Moon in 4H unaspected by benefic having ithsala yoga with a retrograde planet or under heavy affliction from multiple malefics – Moon is in the 4H for this chart and it is aspected by Mercury which is highly malefic for aries lagna and Sun as well which is a cruel planet if not considered to be malefic. Therefore, Rule 7 is applicable – YES
  8. Moon in ithsala yoga with a retrograde planet, 8L also in ithsala yoga with a retrograde planet or 8L becoming retrograde itself, LL in ithsala yoga with the retrograde planet along with malefic influence on the Moon in Prashna chart – 8L is Mars and it is indeed retrograde in the chart but for ithsala yoga of Moon and Mars (12+8=20 divided by 2 that is 10 is their deeptamasha – that means Moon and Mars should be apart from each other within the range of 10 degrees only) but they are apart by more than 10 degrees here so ithasala yoga is not formed. Howevever, 8L is 8th from its house in 3H and it is lagna lord and it is also retrograde so Rule 8 is partially applicable – YES
  9. If the Lagna Lord is same as the 8th house lord (for example, in case the Lagna is Aries or Libra) then we need to see the strength of 6L, 12L and the afflictions present on the 6H and 12H respectively. There should be heavy malefic influence on them and even on the Moon for reporting the traveller’s death – A big YES!

Therefore, we can see that majority of the rules for death of the native are applicable here and the boy was reported to be dead on February 14, 2025 when his dead body was recovered from underwater of Lake Anza near Berkeley.

Note: We did not require to analyze the navamasha chart here since it was pretty evident from rashi chart itself but feel free to go ahead and analyze the D9 chart with the same set of principles.

Example Chart 2: March 4, 2026 19:12 PM New Delhi

This is a chart that is casted to determine whether the person who has went to Dubai will have a safe return soon or not amidst the war conditions that were orchestrated from February 28, 2026 onwards when Iran was attacked by Israel.

The person got stuck at Dubai amidst all the chaos and it became uncertain whether they will be able to return soon or not as flight operations got shut down indefinitely for quite sometime.

Let’s first analyze the basic pointers in the D1 as well as D9 charts, here we will have to analyze the D9 as well because the D1 chart will not be sufficient given the placements:

  1. D1 Prashna Chart Lagna turns out to be a dual sign so both possibilities regarding change in situation (they can return back to India or will stay within Dubai) and it is having 01 degree 36 minutes that means it is in the first half of the sign and hence it is closer to the previous sign which is Leo, a fixed sign thus the chances of no change is higher
  2. The D9 Lagna is Capricorn which is a movable sign thus shows probability of change in the situation so we can now say return is possible but unfortunately it will be delayed
  3. Moon is in the 1H for both the D1 as well as the D9 charts hence, it is in the houses of return journey (11H to 4H axis) that is a positive sign. However, Moon is being aspected by Saturn and Venus from the 7H in the D1 chart, which indicates a possible delay as well in return journey. Further, Saturn in 7H shows that there is obstruction in the journey too since 7H indicates the circumstances or path of the return.
  4. Lagna Lord is in the 6H (Mercury) hemmed by all planets that are malefics which includes Sun, Rahu and Mars. Sun is the 12L, Mars is the 8L and 3L thus the malefic influence is much higher on the Lagna Lord indicating a prolonged situation of being stuck in Dubai for the native.
  5. Jupiter is in the 10H and it is aspecting the 4H. This means that though the native is stuck, they are in a blissful state and it is true since the hotel for the native is being sponsored by the government due to the ongoing war as an unexpected situation. Further, Jupiter is giving its 9th aspect to Lagna Lord making it clear that though there is challenging situation but this will help it recover from the same cause Jupiter is a kendra lord (4H and 7H) in the Prashna chart.
  6. Venus transitions from 7H in D1 to the 8H in the D9 chart that means there is going to be delay in return as well.
  7. The presence of malefics in 6H and the 3L being malefic going to 6H as well as the 11L in Lagna shows that promise of return is definitely there.
  8. Sun and Saturn in the 3H and 9H of Navamasa shows that there will be certain delay due to presence of malefics in the journey.
  9. Presence of Jupiter in 4H of Navamasa indicates that the person will certainly return back home after the delay and it is further acceptable because the lagna is a movable sign and the Lagna Lord Saturn is going to the 9H of foreign journeys too.
  10. Moon is the 7L in Navamasa and it is being aspected by Mars from 6H (8th aspect to 1H) to the Moon in 1H of the D1 chart thus shows that person is unable to travel due to fire around them – which in this case becomes situation of war.

Now, let’s apply the rules of different situations to the D1 chart here in detail:

Situation: Delayed Return

  1. Prishtodaya sign (1, 2, 4, 9, 10) in the lagna or rising with malefic aspects or influence may indicate delay in return or indicates that they are confined or stuck at the same place – Not applicable since rising is Virgo (Shirshodaya sign) – NO
  2. There are exceptional circumstances for the traveller that imposes restriction upon them due to malefics placed in the 4H, 5H, 7H, 8H or 9H – Saturn is placed in the 7H – YES
  3. The missing person may be beaten if there are malefics in the 7H and 8H or if there is a malefic about to transit from 7H to 8H that also may indicate similar situation – Saturn is placed in the 7H but 8H is empty and it is unlikely to transit to the 8H as it is the slowest moving planet – NO
  4. If Lagna is aspected by Saturn or Moon is in Kendra and is aspected by Saturn then there will be definitely a delay in the return If Mars also makes contact with this Moon along with Saturn then there can even be imprisonment to the native – Saturn is in the 7H and Moon in the 1H which is a Kendra only thus this is applicable and Mars is making contact with the Moon through the 8th aspect as well, so the native is trapped in a hotel but due to Jupiter aspect on the 4H this is not an unhappy imprisonment situation – YES
  5. Venus in the lagna or kendra if strong will also hold the native at the same place and cause delay in return. As soon as Venus transits out of that house then the person will move on for their return – Venus is in the 7H and it is afflicted by Saturn so there is a delay definitely here – YES
  6. If Sun and Moon are in the 8th house and is aspected by Saturn then there is a chance of subjecting violence on the person as well which will delay their return due to injuries – NO
  7. Jupiter in lagna and Venus in the 2H/3H – NO
  8. Moon in Duradhara Yoga especially with malefics will cause obstruction to the return journey – Moon does not have any planets on both sides (exclude Ketu here) and hence it is not forming a Durudhara Yoga – NO
  9. Lagna Lord posited in 3H or 9H and in an ithsala yoga with planet in Lagna – NO
  10. Lagna Lord posited in 2H or 8H and in an ithasala yoga with planet in 10H – NO

Therefore, only 3 rules are applicable here. Further, they are prone to violence or attack through missiles while staying in Dubai due to the attacks of Iran.

Situation: State of Mind / Happiness of the Traveller / Missing Person

  1. Benefics in 4H or aspecting 4H indicates that the traveller is happy or in a state of bliss at the place where they are stuck voluntarily or involuntarily – Jupiter is aspecting the 4H and it is the 4L as well – YES
  2. Moon posited with benefics or aspected by the benefic planet in the 5H, 6H, 7H, 8H, 9H or 10H indicates a safe and happy return at later point in time – Moon is aspected by Venus from 7H while sitting in 1H – YES
  3. 8H is the house of obstructions and it hinders the journey. If Venus or Mercury is placed in the 8H or 11H then the traveller is happy at their current place itself. For smooth journey, 8H should remain vacant is usually preferred – Venus does occupy the 8H in the D9 chart and 8H is vacant in the D1 chart – YES
  4. Benefics in 4H in a fixed sign or in dual sign nearby a fixed sign that is within 0 to 15 degress also shows that there is no immediate sign of return and the person is happy wherever they are situated – Jupiter is in movable sign in the 4H of Navamasa and it is in a dual sign in 10H in D1 chart but at 20 degrees so it is more closer to the movable sign of Cancer thus, it does signify return here – YES

Therefore, we can easily conclude that the traveller is happy at the hotel in Dubai even with a potential delay possible.

Situation: Safe Return of the person

  1. If the 2H representing wife & family, 3H representing siblings, and 4H representing mother is posited with benefics then the traveller is being missed by their respective loved ones and they will safely return back home – NO
  2. Lagna Lord in 11H to 4H that are the houses indicating return of the person along with a benefic occupying the kendras strongly indicates safe return or passage of the person – NO
  3. Benefics occupying Kendras (1H/4H/7H/10H) without any malefic aspect or influence will indicate successful return of the person even if Moon is afflicted or showing otherwise say Moon in 6H/8H/12H – Moon in 1H, Venus in 7H and Jupiter in 10H though with slight malefic influence of Saturn but Jupiter is independent of that – YES
  4. Moon in 7H and 7th lord in the second half of the sign wherever it is placed (15-30 degrees) – Moon aspects the 7H and Jupiter is the 7L which is in the 2nd half of Gemini so partially applicable – YES
  5. Benefic planets posited in 2H/3H/8H/9H indicates safe return especially if these are movable signs – NO
  6. Moon in 7H in a movable sign or Moon in Lagna in a movable sign or movable navamasha – Moon is in Lagna but dual sign and has a Movable Navamasa, thus partially applicable – YES
  7. Moon in 4H in a movable sign or movable navamasha – NO
  8. Sun, Venus, Mercury or Jupiter placed in 11H also indicates start of safe return journey – NO
  9. Any planet in the 6H or 7H along with Jupiter placed in the Kendra bhaav also indicates safe return – YES
  10. Venus and Mercury placed in the 1,5,9 houses (trikona sthanas) – NO
  11. Lagna Lord posited in 12H forming an ithasala with the Moon lead to early return too – Lagna Lord mercury is aspecting the 12H but not in ithasala yoga with Moon – NO
  12. Lagna Lord posited in 3H, 9H forming an ithasala with planet in lagna or Lagna Lord placed in 2H or 8H forming an ithasala yoga with the planet in 10H also indicates safe return – NO
  13. Moon in Lagna with a retrograde planet or in ithsala yoga with a retrograde planet – Moon is disposited by Mercury which is retrograde but not in ithasala so partially applicable – YES

Therefore, here also we see possibility of safe return with 5 rules in favour of the native but this safe return will definitely be delayed hence here we will predict that safe return will be there and the person does not have to worry but they have to patiently wait for the return back safely later.

Example 3: Case of girl being kidnapped in Delhi

Prashna Chart Timing: February 20, 2026 3:00 PM New Delhi

  1. The lagna lord in D1 and D9 both are same indicating vargottam lagna hence the situation is not likely to change and will remain as it is more likely.
  2. It is a Shirshodaya Lagna but in Dual Sign with degrees closer to movable sign that is in 2nd half of Gemini hence, it is closer to Cancer therefore that gives slight relief.
  3. The Lagna Lord Mercury is going to 9H indicates that the child has been moved to some other place than their own and it is hemmed by multiple malefics – Rahu and Sun both conjunct and Venus is also in the nakshatra of Rahu and 12L so unable to provide the benefic results here too. Further, Saturn is the driving lord of Aquarius where all these planets are hemmed and it is going to 10H too indicating no movement or return.
  4. Moon is conjunct with Saturn that is the 8L and it is causing much affliction and it is possible that the child has been hidden and trapped somewhere
  5. Mars is aspecting the lagna, turning Jupiter into malefic as well. Jupiter being a slow moving planet coming to lagna is causing more delay in return than good. Further, Jupiter is retrograde so it will cause more delay here and there is no immediate turning into direct motion too since that will come by March 11, 2026 only and will not help here.
  6. Mars is in the 8H indicating possibility of violence and even sexual assault to the native because it is the 6L and sitting in 8H which is causing more grave aggravation. It is nearly exalted and also in its own nakshatra Dhanishta too making it highly malefic here. Mars is also causing an aspect to the 3H from here that may indicate death of the native as well.
  7. Moon in 10H indicates no return journey will be started making things dire further on, and also Saturn delays it further.

To confirm the above negative results, we need to further check the D9 chart:

  1. Lagna Lord Mercury is in the 12H that indicates no change in condition and no return journey happening for the child. It is in Moon’s Nakshatra which is nearly debilitated in the 6H here in Anuradha Nakshatra whose ruling lord Saturn is further afflicted in the 3H mrityu bhaav by Ketu.
  2. Moon in 6H and Sun in 7H cause delay in return. Further, 8L becomes Saturn which is going 8th from 8H to the 3H and afflicted by Ketu that indicates possibility of near death like violent situation now.
